Tammy and her manager are extremely rude, asking a simple question as to who manufactures their scales and she became very disrespectful hanging up the phone on me multiple times and when she transferred me to her manager, I confronted him and said do they forget they are a business? Hanging up on someone is very disrespectful and he said, "Oh well, I am going to be disrespectful" and hung up. Who knew asking a simple question could bring out the worst in people. Do better guys
