Was extremely pleased with their professionalism that the crew that responded to our home on an emergency call this evening for a family member. They took the time to assess the patient asked detailed questions, kept the family involved and still maintain order and provided patient care. Great Job folks.

A little psa If a hospital is on red alert your loved one can still go there. My mother was forced to go to montgomery because these "medics" didnt want to wait at memorial, which has all of her medical history, medication list etc. This apparently is a common problem and needs looked into. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
