Great experience overall!! Debi is FANTASTIC to work with. She has good instincts, spot-on suggestions, and totally cares about the project and customer. Even though our project was small (kitchen backsplash), she gave us the same attention and priority as a bigger project with fast response on email and phone and even remembering us by name when we visit. Rare to find this VIP service. Fair pricing & excellent selection. This is my new GO-To place for all stone & tile.

I contacted Shawn for a full backyard makeover and what an excellent decision that turned out to be! From initial consultation, to a competitive contract to design and completion … they made the entire process so easy! I am soooo pleased with my new backyard and patio. Special shout out to Debbie, Rich, Tim, Connor and all the other staff at Kanata Stoneworks for their amazing professionalism, expertise and courteous dealing. Highly recommend to anyone considering Landscaping/ Hardscaping/ Kitchen renovation projects

Do not use this company. You would be better off flushing your money down the toilet. Work was poorly done, cuts between stones did not line up, excessive gaps between joints, and caps were not securely fastened to stone resulting in them falling off after installation. Contacted Shawn and explained situation, he came out and agreed the work was not up to standard and promised to come and fix the multiple issues. Days, weeks, months went by, no Shawn. Just received my New countertops from Kanata Stoneworks. I’m thrilled with the look of it and Debbi was great to deal with! The installers were amazing and we are very happy with our new counters!
