When I had an emergency, I was referred to Dr Spielman at the Stittsville location. Dr Spielman provided excellent service throughout. She gave me a thorough exam, explained the situation in terms I could understand, and suggested a clear and detailed course of action. I scheduled 2 follow up appointments, ensuring proper and complete healing. Dr Spielman is a true professional, efficient, courteous and polite. She always greeted me with a warm smile. I can only warmly recommend Dr Spielman at Kanata Optometry.
Professional staff, friendly people. Dr. Hajo is the absolute best. I will never see another optometrist. I have done eye exams at many places and in various countries and never felt that any body did as good of a job as Dr. Hajo. She is patient, takes her time and answers questions. I highly recommend booking your eye exams with her.
A sincere thank you to Dr Ebata and the team at Kanata Optometry for their prompt and caring support following my recent cataract surgery. Many staff stepped in to help with everything from arranging appointments, providing advice and setting me up with temporary glasses. Thank you to: Janet, Jenn, Andrea, Donna and Carrie as well as others whose names I may not have. My recent experience was truly exceptional as has the professional support I have received for over 30 years.
