Brought my truck in for a minor rust assessment. Corey saw me fast, gave me 2 options within my budget and that suited my needs. I would seek their services again in the future.
Terrible body shop and even worse customer service. They took my car in for repairs multiple times to fix the same blind spot issue but still could not fix it. Had to make multiple visits to fix one minor hit and run and very single time there will be something that is missed. Terrible communication and unprofessional staff members. No testing, no accountability, terrible communication. Incompetent and careless — avoid at all costs.
On a referral from my mechanic, I took my van here a few weeks ago to see if they could help me reattach a letter that had fallen off from the decal on the back of my vehicle. The staff were very friendly and helped me immediately. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes with the letter reattached. I tried to pay them for their time but they wouldn't charge me. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!
I dropped in for an estimate to repair a dent in my rear bumper. They fixed it on the spot. Great service, friendly staff. Total satisfaction. THANK YOU !
