Dropped in twice (for the same repair) over a two week span. Super friendly, loads of pics taken (both times) … never got a quote. Never got a call back. Can’t comment on work that they do since nothing got done.

I put a deep scratch into my truck in a parking garage and they were able to restore my truck to look just like the day I drove it off the lot. KC booked my vehicle in within about a couple of weeks from the claim. They purchased the needed parts a week in advance. I brought the car in on Monday for what was estimated 2-3 business days. It was done same day around 4 pm. They also coordinated the rental car pickup for me, and also I left the rental car with them for the return. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been cleaned from the inside as well (and that's not a small thing after an Ottawa winter)! I went in to have a scratch on my bumper assessed, and the specialist, Cory, took a close look and was able to remove most of it using thinner. It turns out it was just debris — something I wouldn’t have known without his attention to detail. Excellent workmanship and a great customer experience. Highly recommend!
