On a referral from my mechanic, I took my van here a few weeks ago to see if they could help me reattach a letter that had fallen off from the decal on the back of my vehicle. The staff were very friendly and helped me immediately. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes with the letter reattached. I tried to pay them for their time but they wouldn't charge me. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!

If you’re prepared to spend over $2,000 to repair the rust beneath your car’s rocker panels, have your vehicle out of service for 29 days, endure poor-quality workmanship, and receive no response when you follow up, then this is the place for you. I didn't want to post publicly about it, but I had no other choice after I stopped receiving emails with them.
I have dealt with Kanata Collision for 2 of my vehicles. The repairs were very well done, the service was prompt, the cost was as quoted and my car was ready a day before which was amazing.
