I didn't want to post publicly about it, but I had no other choice after I stopped receiving emails with them.
I have dealt with Kanata Collision for 2 of my vehicles. The repairs were very well done, the service was prompt, the cost was as quoted and my car was ready a day before which was amazing. I had to repair my door panel from a collision. It was an approved autoshop from my insurance. The repair took 5 days from drop off to pick up, earlier than the original anticipated 9 business days wait. The work done was excellent. My door looks great. The painting looks great. They even did a thorough clean in the interior as well. I am very satisfied with the repair and I highly recommend this autoshop to others!
They were great to deal with and gave a very detailed estimate. Unfortunately our insurance wanted us to go to a different garage but with the interaction I had with Kanata Collision I would not hesitate to recommend them
Came in with a sensor issue. They quickly spotted a seat connector that had somehow become disconnected. They reconnected it my dash light went away. I’d happily come back here anytime. The folks working here seem very trustworthy.
