They gave extremely confusing instructions on how I was supposed to proceed with my allergy shots after I had my skin tests there. Very frustrating and unpleasant communication experience with them.
I had a great experience with Dr. Ahmed. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and straight to the point. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both efficient and truly listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an allergist.
*ABRASIVE AND DISMISSIVE* Our 19-month-old son was referred to Dr. Ahmed for an allergy evaluation. Unfortunately, the consultation was highly unsatisfactory. The doctor stated he only conducts allergy testing for foods or substances that have already caused a reaction, regardless of severity, and refused to perform proactive testing for common allergens. Dr. Ahmed seemed more focused on proving himself right than listening to my concerns or offering constructive guidance. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unsupported, ending with a discouraging “Good luck” rather than a meaningful next step. I understand that an allergist may not always have immediate answers and I was not expecting a miracle diagnosis. I recently had a wonderful experience with this office. My daughter was seen promptly and treated professionally and with absolute kindness. The ladies at the front desk are first class! So friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The office is extremely clean and well-run. Thank you for seeing us so quickly and finally getting us the answers we needed.
