I have been taking my daughters for 18 years and my other for 13 years. She has been kind and caring. She gives me information I need for the issues that arise. The scheduling has improved better than it was when I started going to her. Now I am in and out at appointment times. I am pleased with her practice.

Doctor Kanase is so gentle with our children and a extremely nice person. And of course she does a good job and so professional. Her office Manager Kavita and the staff members are all as sweet as her and so patient to explain everything to you. I appreciate all the attention and care that you and your team team have given my children over the years !
My son has been a patient of Dr. Kanase for 2 yrs. I personally feel she is a great doctor, no complaints what so ever. However, her staff, especially her sister, the office manager , (reading from the previous post, I had no idea was her sister) is always in a bad mood, has an ugly attitude and I wonder why work if you're so unhappy. Even when talking to the receptionist she will get in our conversations and not be helpful about anything just plain rude. I will never go back.
This is the WORST DOCTOR in the world!!! I was a single mother mother for 7 years and yes at times I couldn't make the appointments. Yet now my situation has changed and they REFUSE to see my children because YEARS ago I didn't show up! DO BOT EVER EVER EVER go to this doctor! They are RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL! They shocks take her medical license away!!!
Rude rude staff. So condescending and rude. My daughter was behind in her vacs and we had some questions that we wanted answered BEFORE choosing a dr for our 3 kids. The staff wouldn't answer even basic questions without money money money. Same questions less than a minute down the street with another dr- no problems. This staff acted like all medicaid patients are trash. The other staff acted like my children are valuable, meaningful people even if they are on medicaid.
