Complete trash of a company. If you are a renter OR a landlord I highly suggest you do your due diligence on Property Management companies before choosing this crap company…. You’ve been warned.
Do not rent from this company. They never answer the phones, texts, or emails. I went several months without any of my work orders being repaired. They charge a $4,800 deposit and do not refund any of it. They also create fake invoices with no vendor contact information Create repairs that are not needed because you left it in good condition just to keep your deposit, It’s clear they are scammers.
This is the worst realtor group ever!!!!!!!! If there was a 0 star option I would have selected it! Them with Jitendra Dhankhar, Manish Tomar, Manjeet Singh, and Mike Albanna are the slowest responders to issues including mold, septic tank back up, Broken springs on garage door and cat piss odor! A year and a half and still have mold! The smell still lingers, garage door still broken and yet they still want to raise the rent!!!!!!

He noticed a drainage issue in the kitchen sink and didn’t just ignore it—he took the time to investigate and resolve it on the spot. He was professional, respectful, and really cares about the homes he manages. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him and Kanam Realty Group!
