So when my temporary crown popped out, I knew I had to get back into the office to get it secured. I was experiencing some discomfort and sensitivity in that area (not to mention ear pain) as well and when I told Danica about it, she determined that there must be something “off” with the temporary that was aggravating the gum line. My 9 year old daughter was experiencing pain in her teeth and needed an emergency appointment. When we called the office they were very accommodating and got her in quickly. My daughter is terrified of doctors and it turned out she was going to need 2 teeth pulled out. We saw Dr. Bookman who could not be more comforting to my daughter. She saw how scared she was and put us in later that day to do the procedure rather than wait a couple more days and cause my daughter more anxiety. My hygienist is Rachel and I’m very happy with the work she does. I never come out of the office with my mouth feeling beat up. She is always very gentle and pleasant to talk with. She also always explains what she is doing next. Dr. Goldberg always does a thorough exam and is also great to chat with. I have complete trust in their work and cannot recommend them highly enough.
