From the first phone call to Dr Bookman's office, I knew this was the office for me. Haiti's customer service skills are fantastic while being friendly. Everyone in the office is professional and they always make it clear that as a patient, my comfort is first on their list.

Today I brought my two young children for a c... Today I brought my two young children for a check up and cleaning with Dr. Bookman. The entire staff took their time, explained what they were doing to the children and for the first time ever, my children were comfortable with me waiting for them in the waiting room (they are only 4 and 6 years old).
