It's always a treat when I visit Dr. Bookman's office. Everyone in Dr. Bookman's office always has a smile on there face and treats everyone like were family. This is a lost art in Customer Service. Both of my kids were apprehensive about going for their cleaning, but they both were quickly put at ease with the kindness and understanding of the hygienists as well as Dr. Bookman. Thanks for making this experience smooth and easy!
