Professional, Friendly Service I recently went back to Artistic Dental for my cleaning and a follow-up check-up. As with my previous appointments, the staff was friendly (though maybe they're just punch drunk by 7pm? But let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say they're just genuinely friendly people...) and very professional. First Appointment everyone was very friendly. Dr. Jacob's - great personality.
Options, Options, Options The bad news is that what I had hoped was a simple problem to be easily fixed was not. The good news is that I received an explanation I understood about what is wrong and was presented with a variety of options for how to proceed. Dr. Bookman also shared her honest opinions of which are good options and which may not be so good, but emphasized that the choice is mine. I appreciate the honesty and empathy.
