I purchased a final sale bracelet and was later contacted because the store made an error and wanted to reverse it. The sale was “final” until it wasn’t, depending on who it benefited. While it was eventually resolved, the approach lacked accountability and felt entirely one-sided. As a long-time customer, this was enough to walk away.
Never knew this place does watch repair, but glad I found it! The staff are not only friendly, courteous, but also very helpful and humorous too. Will be back for sure!
