Had a transmission issue was told first 1400. But received bill for over 1700. Never called once to say that there were more issues and did I want to authorize the additional cost.

Several visits in the past were ok; however my last visit ruined it for me. I was given a quote for a rather expensive repair (That I knew to be a legitimate repair). Due to the fact that only days before, I had KAMS perform another expensive repair, I explained to them my concern of the mounting cost. Great Service!!! – I was on my way out of town for the holidays and the check engine light came on. As it was 4pm Wed before Thanksgiving I was panicked to say the least. A freind recommended KAMS and I called and was told that they would wait for me to arrive and would look at my car. They were friendly, courteous and fast. The staff stayed late to fix the problem and I was able to continue out of town. A great family owned auto repair shop. Shocked at negative reviews for KAMS – I am really "shocked" at the negative reviews for KAMS AUTO. Don't let 1 or 2 negative reviews keep you from going to this auto repair. Afterall we do not know the integrity of the customers that have left negative reviews or as they say "the WHOLE story". KAMS must have thousands or more happy customers just like me because if you drive by the place it is always packed! I don't even price compare because that is not what is the most important to me. I have used KAMS for many years and have always been happy with the service and feel that I can trust them to be fair with the cost. They know their business and treat a customer right. I am surprised by the bad reviews and feel that there must be another side to the story.

Kams Auto Repair Inc is good, but pricey Kams is willing to go the extra mile, but will certainly charge you twice for the extra mile. Great service, great staff but excessive prices. I was able to get the work done for a third of their quote.

I took my car to Kams because I had a problem with my air. They said it would be 1700 dollars which we decided to pay so we can get our car fixed. When we got it back it was barely blowing air and it was blowing out just hot air. Due to the fact that we paid so much we took it back and told them they needed to fix it because we didnt pay that much for it not to work. Terrible – Like my friend, I also received terrible service at Kam's Auto Repair. My car only needed simple work and it came out with more problems to fix after I took it in. Not to mention, the bill was outrageous! Please do NOT waste your time and money. You will get cheated!!!
