One thing that is unacceptable to me as the mother of a student living in Kampus Korner, is that the manager won't fulfill requests that have to do with removal of old furniture that students don't want to use. This old couch is flaking so much that the students can't sit on it without getting flakes all over their pants yet the manager won't bring in a new one. Blinds were broken in my girlfriend's apartment, now everyone watches her change. Toilet didn't work for the first 3 flushes. Embarrassed me in front of her because it worked as soon as she was watching. Used condom on the sidewalk. But overall it's a really nice place and my girlfriend enjoys it.
Great housing close to campus and events.
