James, Rod & staff are excellent to work with. Patient with selecting colors. We couldn't be happier with our floor and the color. It turned out exactly as we had hoped.

I am a contractor that called Kampfer for a quote. They apparently didn't ask for my information so when they showed up to do a walk through 20 mins early I missed the meeting because I showed up on time. They said they would give the homeowner the quote the next day (Friday). I called them Friday and asked them not to give the homeowner the quote but the person who called requesting the quote. I didn't hear back for 3 days so I called Tuesday to ask for the quote again. She said she would call me back that day. I got a call... read more

Kampfer repaired a transition between our kitchen and dining room that was not done correctly by a different company. They came out promptly to look at our job, gave us a fair quote and were able to schedule us right away. The job was completed in 2 days and the floor looks amazing! Highly recommend Kampfer if you have any hardwood floor repairs.
