Outstanding service by the team - expert, thorough, professional and patient
Great service from Mark P the tech and Sarah in customer service. Mark was able to fix our Sub zero (touch panel and wiring problem ) in less than 90 minutes after another repair company could not repair after 3 appointments. Kampen can be trusted , so why mess with anyone else? Lesson learned.
From the moment I contacted Kampen Appliance, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Bill arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my range, and had it repaired in no time. He clearly explained what went wrong and even gave me helpful tips to maintain it better in the future. I would highly recommend them.
Our subzero fridge is more than ten years old. As it was not producing ice in the freezer and we had mold built up in our fridge. Therefore we requested a service call from KAMPEN Appliance. The technician Mark Pabustan was able to quickly diagnose the problems. In addition he went out of his ways to explain the proper usage of our fridge and freezer.
