Above and beyond customer service and care. Fred came on time, helped me have our warranty extended, and expertly fixed our stove right away. Then they called to make sure I was happy! Couldn’t be more impressed!
Highly recommend if you need service for any Subzero fridges/ ice machine. We had a problem with our ice machine and Brad, and team took care of our issue quickly. Best service/ repairs in the city.
I first called another company to service my subzero fridge and the whole experience was a disaster. Dealing with Kampen was like night and day. My service pro was top-notch - knowledgeable and professional and fixed my fridge in less time and at a fraction of the cost the other company had quoted me.
I have had the opportunity to deal with the staff from Kampen for many many years and not once has their service faltered. A genuine team effort. Staff on the phones genuinely care and keep you informed all throughout the process and try to accommodate your time frame. Service at the house is as exceptional, respectful, understanding and always go out of their way to insure we are satisfied. What a great team. Thankyou for all your efforts it really is appreciated
I was quoted $975 just in labour for a subzero repair as the technician said it would take more than several hours and be a big job. He was in and out in an hour and half and was still charged $975 in labour! The parts were around $500 which I can accept of course but I was definitely mislead on labour and should have shopped around as this is their flat rate. Do your due diligence and get a second quote. My fridge still isn’t fixed either.
