I have had the opportunity to deal with the staff from Kampen for many many years and not once has their service faltered. A genuine team effort. Staff on the phones genuinely care and keep you informed all throughout the process and try to accommodate your time frame. Service at the house is as exceptional, respectful, understanding and always go out of their way to insure we are satisfied. What a great team. Thankyou for all your efforts it really is appreciated
I was quoted $975 just in labour for a subzero repair as the technician said it would take more than several hours and be a big job. He was in and out in an hour and half and was still charged $975 in labour! The parts were around $500 which I can accept of course but I was definitely mislead on labour and should have shopped around as this is their flat rate. Do your due diligence and get a second quote. My fridge still isn’t fixed either.
Just had my Wolfe cooker fixed by Fred (the engineer who came out) and the team at Kampen Appliance Service. If you are shopping around for a repairs - they should be the only team that you choose. Needed service for the SubZero unit after almost 20 years of maintenance free and perfect operation. Called Kampen and was cheerfully greeted by Laura who took my details and documented the errors/symptoms of my concerns.
