This was my first time eating food from Kamo’s. I was expecting Cajun food like gumbo and etouffee. I would say this is more like Cajun fusion. My son recommended the Boudin Burger, which sounded good except I despise mayo. I ordered it with mustard, best burger I have had in years! I will not be going to the water burger place anymore.
