I went to Dr Kammen for years until I had to move away. She was knowledgeable and took a personal interest. She also caught it when I was misdiagnosed by a pulmonologist and saw I got proper treatment even though it was outside her specialty
Dr Kammen was very condescending to me during my last visit to her. We disagreed about her new diagnosis of Fibromyalgia for me. At the end of the visit she patted me on the shoulder while saying "at least your'e not dying of cancer". A month later I got the correct diagnosis of Addison disease. Dr Kammen has yet to apologize for her behavior.
