I have had an overall horrible experience with scheduling and getting access to my birth control pills due to the mishaps with scheduling. I will never use this clinic again. Everyone is nice but the way they handle this system is annoying. I wish them the best and hopefully they can work out the kinks in their system. (I.E. Call or email a patient about their annual checkup instead of sending a note with less of the full prescription. To the pharmacist, at the time of pick up.)

I love Kamm McKenzie. After 3 years of knowing something wasn't right with me and seeing many doctors, some of which tried to give me antidepressants instead of attacking the real issue, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. This is all in part to the proactive nature of Dr. Bass. When diagnosed in January of 2016 I was at stage 3 and unsure of whether we would be able to have a baby naturally. In short: I almost lost my life, thanks to this practice. Not all the doctors are bad, I actually enjoyed meeting with some. But there were 2-3 doctors that operated with extreme bias that influenced the quality of the medical care I received when they did not catch a uterine bleed after a C-section, due to making contextual assumptions.
