Kamloops transit system is extremely well maintained for its size. Clean busses, prompt service, and I have never had an issue with the drivers. Alot of them are great people and will even greet you with a positive attitude if you say Hi. The drivers are just doing their job in getting people where they need to go safely and sometimes traffic and accidents impact their ability to arrive on time but they do their best with the resources they have and that is commendable.
If I could give less than 1 star I would happily do so. I've never felt so disrespected in my life before by a bus driver and I can't believe this company hires such abominations. Terrible transit system and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Zero stars ⭐️ If the bus driver doesn’t like you for whatever personal reason he’ll look at you and drive right by. They will also communicate & collude, with the other driver to leave you stranded… 🤔 an not pick you up on your stop. 🛑 They think we’re all stupid, but we see what’s happening. Shouldn’t be allowed to park at the liquor store, but when they do they always put not in service ( Never True because then, when they pull up with your bus number that’s then lie. ) It’s in service.., Just not for you. Rude driver's
I give them 0 stars. Buses are always late, drive by stops where people are waiting or don't show up at all. Completely unreliable I will buy a car and drive before I ever use Kamloops transit again!
