Everytime I visit my parent, I always see Amy Thesen - The Assisted Living Clinical Manager in her office. One time, I heard her and one of the Assisted living Care-Aid's talking negative comment about a visitor (They were gossiping). In my opinion, they should'nt say any bad things behind someone's back if they don't know their entire situation. Also, I have heard that Amy Thesen gave a wrong medication to a resident/client.. If there was a 0-star option, that’s what I would be assigning.
Worked here for 6 months to find out they were paying me wrong the whole time. Lied about which positions make such and such money. Like about the roles of the job. Nice people but there’s always a few bad apples and I would like to talk to every employee hired on before they start
