Run! Do not use this place!!! First of all, I was in a panic when I entered the store (in hind sight, should have taken it to an Apple service centre) as I have never had issues with any of my phones. When I entered, I explained my concern. I WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN A WORK ORDER RECEIPT. The clerk on put a sticky note on the back of my phone with my name on it. Then . . . they HAD THE NERVE TO ASK FOR MY PIN . . . their reasoning was so they could test the phone after repair. (why I didn't just walk out at that point escapes me).... read more
