Very nice staff. Have been here multiple times and have brought multiple new comers to get help at this center and they are always welcoming. The English class are also good and the teachers are extra caring. I thank their team for the amazing services they give.
I had a negative experience during a Zoom meeting with an individual named Ankit Mehta. He spoke to me in a verbally aggressive and unprofessional manner, and it seemed like he was acting on personal grudges. Although he appeared polite at first, his behavior shifted suddenly and lacked respect or empathy. His communication style felt —blunt and dismissive. that does not meet professional communication standards. Overall, the interaction was disrespectful and not appropriate for a professional setting.
