Excellent and efficient service at Kamloops Hearing Aid Centre. My husband, Ben, got hearing aids from here and he says they have made a world of difference. I have to say, his new hearing aids have made a world of difference for me too - he actually responds when I talk to him now! My husband has been going here for years. Both hearing aides through WCB. 2 months ago he totally lost his hearing in his good ear overnight. He went to get his aid fixed. Turned out he had something that required immediate medical treatment within 72 hrs by a doctor. Jan immediately got him and his test results to the hospital ER within minutes.
