Booked a week in advance for a 4:00 drop off and 7:00 pick-up. They showed up at 5 to pick up my 101 year old grandma on her bday. We had hardly visited, and she hadn't eaten yet. They pretty much told my mom they were booked for a 7 pickup and couldn't come back. The lady in the office refused to try to accommodate her. It wasn't until after dinner, when I called and demanded they rectify their mistake or I'd call media about them abandoning a 101 year old lady on her bday, that they offered a wheelchair accessible cab.
