Decent guys, unless things are really out of sorts with the truck they'll leave you alone. Mr, Singh complaining about the insecure load ticket. He shouldn't complain the photo shows why he recieved the citation. Looks like he doesn't understand how to properly tie down a flat deck. Ignorance of the law does not exclude you from following those laws. As well as others complaining about being fined for their own ignorance.
