I bought a used E-Bike and brought it in for a service before riding it. These guys were amazing, super friendly and genuinely happy for the deal I got on the bike! I finally got my ‘new’ bike out for a ride and the tuneup was perfect the gears shifted smoothly and the brakes worked awesome! I’m super impressed with Full Charge Cycles. Just purchased a Aventon E Bike “Adventure 3” 1st class sales and support. Mike & Dean were excellent. I would highly recommend Full Charge Cycle in Kamloops.
Today I bought an Aventon Level 3 E-Bike and I couldn't be happier with this bike. Mike and Dean were excellent to deal with and their service was top notch. We brought my bike in last week to get a service and check it over. Mike and the other staff member (sorry forgot his name) were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
