I came into their store about 5 times in the duration of 2 years before I bought a bike from them. Every time they were kind, an incredibly smart the bike I brought from them is the best and i'm happy to have given them business. Blaz
WOW!! Talk about under promise and over deliver. That’s these guys. Took bike in on Tuesday for repair and was told it would be about a week. Bike was ready Thursday morning!!! That’s SERVICE!!
Awesome crew. Pulled in on a Friday afternoon with what I thought was a problem noisy crank. After a quick diagnosis and tightening of said crank I was on my way with no charge and a smile. Thanks again guys.
I am so happy with the level of service provided by Kevin and Mike, best ebike shop in the province ... I purchased three bikes from these guys in the past year, highly recommend them!
I’m sooo disappointed, I reserved a bike for today 2 weeks ago. Only to find out you are closed today. Obviously an error but geez. The manager has contacted me and it was a misunderstanding at the time of reservation, he has “made it right”.
