Back in December we bought a couch and love seat from Lazy Boy Kamloops.Well under 3 months the power lumbar broke,then early January the control went and the seat stitching has come apart.They said that they will not replace it,but would fix. Well its almost March and still not fixed.As for buying anything from this store know what and who you are dealing with not standing behind the product, no customer service .....nothing.I was in sales for 25 yrs and the customer was king and went out of my way to service them the best ... read more
Stood outside waiting for them to open the store and even called no answer. This was after the store was supposed to be opened. There was also an employee standing outside waiting as well who didn’t speak to us.
We recently purchased a $2,400 La-Z-Boy chair from this location and, unfortunately, walked away feeling severely disappointed. Our purchase was made directly through the store manager, who also served as our salesperson. During the sale, he assured us that the chair would be wrapped, boxed, and fully prepared for pickup the following day—a key reason we proceeded with the purchase. Hello I thought I'd share I went in was left alone walked around if you're looking for a recliner I swear there must be over 30 that you can try and top of the line high high end quality leather typical lazy boy as I walked around for over 20 minutes I was left alone as I said then the manager or the owner I'm not sure came up to me looked at me and within seconds new which chair would be best for me because of his experience so if you're looking for a recliner and you want to professional to pick one for you so it fits you ... read more
