We recently purchased a $2,400 La-Z-Boy chair from this location and, unfortunately, walked away feeling severely disappointed. Our purchase was made directly through the store manager, who also served as our salesperson. Hello I thought I'd share I went in was left alone walked around if you're looking for a recliner I swear there must be over 30 that you can try and top of the line high high end quality leather typical lazy boy as I walked around for over 20 minutes I was left alone as I said then the manager or the owner I'm not sure came up to me looked at me and within seconds new which chair would be best for me because of his experience so if you're looking for a recliner and you want to professional to pick one for you so it fits you ... read more

I purchased a recliner that began to show heavy wear within two weeks of taking delivery. The response from the manager was to buy a sweater depiller from Dollorama. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the service he told me to go ahead and tell the whole world - he didn't care. Yes, I did buy the chair in the clearance section so there was no warranty. However, his cavalier attitude to my dissatisfaction was shocking. So, here I am telling the whole world. I wouldn't recommend this store and have since learned from others... read more
