Our experience with the staff and the furniture at this store was excellent from our first visit! Alvin was extremely friendly and helpful and patient with us - and we found the perfect couches and pillows for our living room - at great prices. Delivery was quicker than expected - the delivery guys were great too. Pearl - the wonderful customer service representative we dealt with during and after delivery - could not have been more helpful or pleasant ! She is terrific. We are so happy! PS. I didn't like any of their pieces. And they were not super nice
The saleswoman was not very pleasant or knowledgeable. She suggested terrible pairings and doesn't understand even the basics. Products were ok but saleswoman was terrible!
Back in December we bought a couch and love seat from Lazy Boy Kamloops.Well under 3 months the power lumbar broke,then early January the control went and the seat stitching has come apart.They said that they will not replace it,but would fix. Well its almost March and still not fixed.As for buying anything from this store know what and who you are dealing with not standing behind the product, no customer service .....nothing.I was in sales for 25 yrs and the customer was king and went out of my way to service them the best ... read more
Stood outside waiting for them to open the store and even called no answer. This was after the store was supposed to be opened. There was also an employee standing outside waiting as well who didn’t speak to us.
