I had scheduled a simple teeth cleaning appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment, they required me to sign a consent form so that they could take dental X-rays. Since it's not required, I refused and requested that only the teeth cleaning for which I had made an appointment be done. I had later offered to share my X-rays(on phone), which were taken a year ago, but they refused because they take X-rays of all new patients. I was a first time patient here, and Dr.Jay, Dr. Shilpa and her staff were very friendly and patient. They all take the time to make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs and concerns. Definitely the best (dentist) office I've ever been to. All paperwork is completed online before your appointment; so you can go directly to your appointment once you check in. I have been to East Bay 3 times, and every time it has been a good experience. The doctors are quite good, they explain everything and are very detailed and methodical. The supporting staff team (especially Swati) are also quite diligent, and have good attention to detail. Overall Great!
This dentistry is good for regular check dental checkups or cleaning but complicated prolonged treatment like dental implants for front teeth(no 7-10) will not be taken care properly. they don't have facility in house to make temporary dentures or artificial teeth so in between gaps of implant treatment . I had to stay with ugly smile for few months.
