Booked a load of mulch out here going to WV. Followed the direction signage, walked inside the shipping/receiving office to check in, and was directed to the loading area. Very professional and friendly group of people. Loaded 24 pallets, strapped and on my way in about 30 minutes. Would definitely book from this shipper again.
I came in today to see about getting mulch for our church. I talked to the forklift guy and he sent me to some guy coming out of the office. I asked him if I could buy some mulch for our local church and without letting me finish he said no . As I drove off he was rudely shaking his head . First off there is no signs that say no sales to private people Second there entry signage is not clearly marked Third I hope whoever this person is does not treat everyone like this !
My husband owns a landscaping company and has had several tractor trailer loads of mulch delivered from Kamlar. This morning, he went there to pick up a load of mulch. Upon entering you have to pay before being loaded, which is what he was doing. The owner comes running out of the office yelling and using foul language, telling him he used the wrong entrance.
