Called to make an appointment and got put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Decided to hang up and call again only to recieve an automated message stating the facility was closed. Incredibly disappointing that civilians rather rush home from work instead of take the time to actually serve SM.
I went here sick and they don’t care about you. They just want you to go to sick call. rude about it and would not help me even though I’m running a high fever and I feel super dizzy.
