never answers the phone
The only thing the staff and especially the providers want is to go home. The desk workers for whatever reason choose not to answer the phone, and if by some chance they do answer, they will put you on hold indefinitely, wasting your time. I made an appointment at kamish clinic 2 weeks in advance to see a provider to inquire about lower back and chest pain problems I've been having.
