We contacted them for an extensive remodel. Communication was terrible. The appointment we set and the day of was a no show. We were told the guys truck wouldn’t start. They sent someone else. She took no notes. Didn’t seem to have much expertise. A few days later someone else called to set an appointment. Had no idea they had sent out the lady. Never heard back from any of them. Absolutely the worst communication I’ve ever seen. Why would I hire them?
We started our work with Kaminskiy in late July, and after a rocky start (tied to someone no longer with their company) we signed on and started our project. From the very beginning their team has been amazing! They have met their timelines, communicated any issues/updates as they come up, and been responsive to our questions and concerns.
