I changed a (previous) three star rating to five stars because Kaminsky Care listened to my complaint after the initial work and sent Michael to assess the problem. He quickly came up with a solution to the problem (anchor bolts were not tightening properly causing handrails to come loose) and fixed one of the three handrails on the spot.
