Bernard is knowledgeable and has a good attitude. He guided me to the correct people who specialize it the type of work I need. I will contact him for future work.
This experience was very disappointing. The repairman had an agreeable personality, but he did not know what he was doing and it led to a long morning of taking apart the work, a second trip for materials, and a less than great finish. I feel like I have been taken for a ride. The price was very high and I was never told it did not include materials. I would never call them again for any repair.
Michael the tech was great. Called me prior to the visit, when he arrived to discuss what he was seeing and how he could fix it and he completed the work quickly and efficiently. Will use again.
