Update: Dr. Adams went to another clinic and trying to schedule here now with a doctor is a multiple months of wait (for existing client). When calling, they direct you to text your appointment needs. When texting, they don’t respond until you send more than one text. Then they text stating to book online. When trying to do so, you cannot book with the Dr., only the PAs. My original 5-star review was really based on Dr. Adams. So, guess I need to change clinics. Again. Dr. Adam’s is very approachable. She took the time to explain the procedure and was very assuring about the outcome. She is a great doctor.
Nice location. I was able to schedule a same day New Patient appointment. Checked in and waited no more than 1 minute in the waiting area before I was taken to the exam room. Dr.Adams was very thorough & listened to my concerns. Very professional and phenomenal bedside manners. Staff provided excellent customer service !
