I had a great deep pore cleansing facial! Honestly shocked by some of the bad reviews. I found my facial super relaxing and she did a thorough job with extractions. I get a monthly facial and this was hands down the best facial massage I’ve ever had. It was long, relaxing and felt almost lymphatic. Also a great price point for NYC and for an hour!
I really wanted to like this place because it’s close by and they have such an affordable range of services. Both times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my appointment time & price. Charged for an extra service the first time then said they didn’t have time for all the services booked the second time. They were nice over the phone, offering a discount, then incredibly rude about it in person. They tried to charge me without the discount at the end. The owner also yelled at me for trying on polish when picking a color. Very weird... read more
I had a deep facial with Chynara B. two times already and they were fantastic! She’s so attentive, gentle, and always goes above and beyond. Her energy is warm and calming, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Everyone I interacted in the salon with was kind and helpful, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of!
