rude manager i use to live in these apt thank god i moved i wasnt very happy with the service the manager pf the apartment provided she was really rude and disrespectful of your property. in two occasions my car was toed with no warning what so ever i was mad. when i went and asked why she said that she had knocked all around and that no one claimed the car i asked all my neighbors if they hade gone to ask them about it they all said no i was home at that time and no one when to knock. tamy i belive is the managers name. at ... read more
Sure, I have not gotten no response yet. This place is full of drug dealers. You can watch the traffic and transactions happening. Methheads in the stair wells at 3am banging on doors and trying to enter resident storage closets in the night. Crappy lighting, no security, no cameras, or even controlled access. The management does nothing about it. When I talk to KPD on Monday I will be pushing the fact that schedule 1 and 2 narcodics are being dealt in a school zone. For residents reading this, I hope things will get better.

Rent if you dare! Kamiakin north biggest mistake ever – The office people are very friendly, but this is about the maintenance. The upstairs apartments dish washer leaked down into our kitchen. they fixed the up stairs problem, but next day came thinking they would come back. They did nothing and the water damage was getting worse. it got in my food. So finally I called them.
