The apartment is old and falling down, and WSU doesn't care to do any renovation. The walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors' walking, talking, snoring, and outside road traffic clearly. Management almost doesn't exist and cannot enforce anything. Public areas are packed and blocked by random stuff. The staff (a fat white lady) at housing office is simply incapable and unpleasant. Hands down the worst apartment I have rented.
