Absolutely horrible experience. I asked for a cherry red dye with blonde highlights, and the hair stylist, Juliana told me she could do it (with the exception that she may not be able to get the red tint that I wanted), but she completely didn’t do what I wanted. I had asked her multiple times about the placement of the highlights, and told her that I wanted money pieces; but she didn’t do any of that. End result of hair was decent, but far from what I wanted. Instead of highlights like I had asked, they gave me a balayage, and just started adding things to my hair without my permission. They didn’t tell me what it was and that it costed extra. They also had gotten bleach on my sweater. The stylist I had was not gentile at all either my hair, and was pulling it constantly. I had called in advance to make sure the cost would not be over $200, and I was quoted $180 as the max, and $160 as the minimum price. I paid $230. They... read more
