Super sweet ladies. Did a beautiful job and gave me everything i asked for
I was referred by a friend whose hair always looks nice. The owner Crystal is friendly and the shop is nice, but the level of detail and pride that many good braiders take in their work is not exemplified here. I asked for 30/4 mix and I brought in human hair (27/30) for my boho bob. I also asked for small. My braids are NOT mixed well...I think she only had a little bit of the color 30 and tried to stretch it. My daughter loved her hair! We've been coming to Christelle for several years. My daughter's hair is fine where they do a good job of protecting her hair under the braided hair and not braiding her hair too tightly. She also squirms a little bit, but they're very good with kids. They're always accommodating and a very lovely, respectful family of braiders.
Do not recommend at all!!!!! Lost hair at this appt terrible at parting for flats will never go back. And overpriced
I love how nice and kind they are. They did exactly what I ask for. I just got a braid down but the people were kind and that means a lot to me!
