Worst place ever! – Worst place to ever live! live there from 04'-08' Nasty roaches, pool was green most of the time, maintenance and management are horrible. Never had a maintenance man who didn't smell of beer really bad! Doors never locked at the entrance like they where supposed to, someone actually came through the door and beat up the guys across the wall way, there was blood on my door and on the carpet for over a year before they ever did anything about it. Kamden Maintenance – Kamden has a lot of repairs needed such as doorbell doesn,t work...You can,t let a person in or do not know they are there,there are roaches,garbage disposal not working...sink is over flowing right now! There has been a maintenance request put in three times and still no one has replied yet! Even thought you pay your rent on time they still won,t come fix anything nor will they answer there phone. badNot recomended – OMG it must have been someone in managemt that wrote the other review.Its true they put in security cameras but they already had them just updated their old equipment still got all the crime and other things that go along with it.I should know not only did I live there I worked for them for a while and know how they operate.They will rent to anyone that has enough money to get in .the apt.are really bad roachs,mice,rats.They tell the people that work for them to put a patch on it n make it look good.So yo... read more

I agree with this review about Kamden Apartments. Everything is wrong with this place. All they want is money and when they get the money they get laid back...lazy...and too many lunch breaks.
Kamden Village HAS MADE CHANGES!!!! – This location was in a rut under the wrong management. Think you should all see the many changes that have taken place here. The rents are still affordable. They have put in Security cameras and remolded. Put new poolpasses and procedures in place that are actually being foolowed and enforced. I have lived here through it all I have seen the bad and the good. It new management has really made Kamden Village a nice quit place to live. Try it again.
Kamden "Yard" – So many kids, people, play on the lawn outside the building. Playing loud music past curfew, talking, laughing , carrying on on the lawn, past curfew... even in the daytime, the kids are wild, do not have any good supervision...throw bottles, break bottles in the street, destroy public property, dump trash on the lawn...hit cars with footballs/basketballs...people come and go all day..they use the neighbors homes driveways for a turn around all the time...that would make me mad if I had a home there...
