Roof and construction work was poorly executed and unprofessional. Deadlines were missed, materials were substandard, and communication was inadequate throughout the project. Several issues remain unresolved, including leaks and structural concerns, showing a lack of quality control and accountability.
This company was absolutely amazing to work with, courtland went absolutely above and beyond in every single way. He did every thing he could to do to make sure the insurance gave us what they owed and did everything in his ability to make sure we were educated on what we were owed and what we needed to do
