I had a total knee replacement by Dr. Klatt and the experience with him and his staff was outstanding! I am having trouble with my other knee now and am setting up an appointment to see him again. I was referred to him by another who had both knees successfully done by Dr. Klatt and I'm glad he recommended him to me. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone seeking help for joint pain.
He showed professional compassion for me. I am in deep trouble with the worst ever relapse of a stage 3 tendon tear I suffered 26 years ago after taking a fluroquinolone antibiotic, inappropriately prescribed to me by Dr. Hrebinko. I haven't recovered like I usually do in five days. I don't think I will experience any compassion from my upcoming specialist. I was crippled with this relapse on March 11th. He is the BEST. Kind, considerate, listens to you and I would recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent surgeon!
She wouldn't even listen to me. She didn't get a full history and her notes are completely non factual about my past medical history and current conditions. I felt dismissed. She also said the "expensive test" she's ordering i have no say in scheduling even though i have a job and children to consider. Arrogant and dismissive. Do not trust with my care so the test ordered i will do but will take the findings to someone who will listen to me and not falsify visit notes.
He listens to your concerns, never appears rushed, shows genuine concern and caring.
Dr Figura and Brooke were awesome during my breast cancer journey. They participated in my mastectomy and again during my reconstructive surgery. Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room either. The whole office made a tough journey alot easier.
Dr Buffer is kind, very easy to talk to, explains things in easy to understand terms, and in general, I am always happy to see him. It's a very comfortable appointment with Dr, Buffer and his staff,
