This apartment complex preys on out of town parents and students in Santa Barbara. My son spent one year in his apartment that was a one bedroom that they put a cheap partition that didn’t even go all the way to the ceiling in the bedroom and called it a two bedroom for 3k a month. When he and his roommate left it was in perfect condition and they charged 600.00 for cleaning and 1000 for paint. They didn’t even hang a single poster in the place. The food is below the standard, the only dish I enjoyed is the tum yum soup, the chicken noodles is a mess, and the chicken fried rice is flavorless I literally had to add soy sauce to make it eatable, fried maki is a no. Either step up your game or lower the prices.
