I come here often and will keep coming back.
Beyond terrible customer service. I called them and wanted to order a part and they asked me to bring it in. I walk in the store and right away harassed by what I think is the owner. He says they have no idea the dimensions and are unable to tell me what it is. I walk out to my car and measure the seal. It's 1", the most common size. Then after about a half hour of waiting by the front door someone comes to help me. They then let me know they don't have it, the most common size- odd.
