Kind of difficult to do business when there is no counter service available..... Hey mgmt, covid is forever, figure out how to deal with it like every other business has had to.
Do not buy from this business unless you want a nasty surprise. They will not quote shipping charges until the part is shipped. Meaning you make the order, they put it together and then calculate and add shipping and charge the CC that you provided for the parts and shipping. I asked for a quote including shipping and they sent one that didn't charge shipping. I processed the quote and the next day I get a charge on my CC for more than double. $24 for 6 small 50 cent piece sized rubber axle seals and another $27 for shipping... read more
Jackie is the worst not willing to help anyone even with an account. Telling me to use a different company.
Won't deal with over the counter sales. NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL. I will be removing motion industries form my contact list, and deleting my account.
