During this period we made 2-3 offers and one was accepted but due to our changed situation we have to back out and Kamaljit negotiated with the listing agent to bail us out without any financial loss . I and my wife met Kamaljit in an Open Home and we liked that home. We were first time home buyers and nervous to make this life time decision. Kamaljit put us at ease explaining the process and property details. We were little wary of the bath room.
