I had a very disappointing experience when I called to inquire about tax return services and pricing. I found this accountant while specifically searching for a Bangladeshi tax professional, hoping for a more comfortable and understanding experience. Believe the reviews. I had to call as he was a CAA authorised IRS agent. I reached out with a simple inquiry about US paperwork and was met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive tone. While I understand everyone has off days, it’s unprofessional to take that out on a potential client. This kind of attitude doesn’t reflect well on your business or how you value new relationships. I had a terrible experience with this dude. As someone new to the US, I was trying to politely ask for advice regarding US-Canada taxation, but his response was rude and dismissive. He refused to provide any guidance unless I visited his office, and then abruptly hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Believe the NEGATIVE reviews! We were referred to this person by a Canadian friend who was working in the USA, which is now our situation. We called the so-called accountant to help us with a tax amendment but, he immediately cut us off asking who did our taxes. Until now, we often did our own taxes because our case was very simple.
