Canceled initial appointment, then no showed re-scheduled appointment. No real follow-up via email or otherwise.
They were 30 minutes late to a telehealth consultation, rescheduled one surgery 2 days before I was supposed to have it, then canceled my other surgery after having it planned 2-3 months ahead. Trying to charge office visit prices for 10 minute phone calls and can’t even get ahold of the billing department. Highly unprofessional.
Has been my doctor for over 20 years, I trust him very much. I will be very sad when the day comes that I have to see someone else. Dr Kamal is the best in my opinion.
waited for a half an hour then called me back into room took my BP then sent me back out into waiting room for 20 more min. Had meeting with Dr.Kamal set up next apt for over 2 months away . Got a call a few days later saying I need to reschedule he is going on vacation . The next day I get a call saying they cant see me any more they don't take my insurance. Dr. Kamal performed my 2nd colonoscopy this morning in his office and as great as the first. I met with him 2 months ago to cover any questions I may have and prescribed and excellent prep. His preperation and recovery nurse Amy was excellent! Our pre-op interview was very thorough and she has great beside manner. What a joy to have in the office! Dr Kamal performed the procedure in 25 minutes. He provided pictures of the procedure and followed up with me afterward. A+ doc and staff!
He is a caring dr and tries very hard to find the problem that is causing your pain.
I love Dr. Kamal. He's so caring and easy to talk to. He cares about his patients and is easy to access. Appointments are easy to get and the staff is wonderful!
No problem with anything at all. Easiest procedure you will ever go though. Very important to have this done. I've had some friends in the past who didn't, and regretted it later. I highly recommend it for anyone over 50. Not a big deal. It's the not knowing that scares you, but you will feel great when you leave.
